Jamie Oliver notes that cooking is not rocket science, but skill and knowledge should not be underestimated. All classes are designed to help you understand the fundamentals of wholesome, health supportive and delicious cooking.
Whole Food Cooking classes are designed to help you understand how to cook wholesome, health supportive and delicious meals (mostly vegetarian, but not at all restricted to), using a variety of wholefoods, including: fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, wholegrains and legumes (including tofu and tempeh), sea vegetables, natural sweeteners and good quality fats. In some classes organic meat, bones, dairy and egg are used, but this will be noted on the relevant class. Organic ingredients are used wherever possible.
Classes are 3 hours and include all recipes and generous tastings.
Public (both individual and group) and Corporate Classes are also available.
