
Whole Food Cooking runs approximately four programs per year. Each program offers a five week course and a number of single session classes.
Though this course is LARGELY vegetarian, wheat and dairy free, some organic butter and organic animal bones (stock) are used.
Understanding the foundations of healthy food and eating – the 'WHY' something's good and 'HOW' to use it. In this course we cover the basic wholefoods, and the fundamentals of healthful cooking. Grains, beans and legumes (including tofu and tempeh) and sea vegetables are all included. Centered around these basics we create delicious recipes that are Vegetarian, Wheat and Dairy free. The class is also approx 70% gluten free.
This is an intensive program that runs over 5 weeks. It includes the 'Nourishing Wisdom Handbook' which contains all the recipes prepared in class plus others, weekly notes and information on where to buy the best organic produce in Perth. Each class is approx 3 ¼ hours and includes generous tastings!

These are suited for those requiring one-on-one help and generally the content is specific to the needs of the student. Class is hands on and the food cooked is taken home by the student.
Group classes can also be arranged and again, content and structure can be specific to the group's needs.
Cost: $470.00 plus cost of food/3 hour class
